This is some news I really wish I didn’t have to deliver.  A good friend of mine from my church died last night - he’s had heart problems all his life and was at the lake last night, rowing, and his heart failed. Greg was one of the sweetest, funniest kids I know and was such a great person.  This is really affecting me deeply, as it is the rest of my church & all who knew him.  I’m planning on taking a week off from all my fan sites, to cope with this.  I’m very sorry, I know I haven’t been around much, but this is going to be hard for us all.  Please keep Greg, his parents, sister and all who knew him in your prayers.  Thank you all & I’ll be updating again as soon as I can.

Okay, all apologies for the time I’ve had to be able - but for real, I’m back now!  I just got back from a week in West Virginia on ASP (Appalachia Service Project)  It was an amazing experience…hate to sound like a public service announcement, but really, if you have the opportunity to go on ASP, do it!  It’s such a great organization and it’s tons of fun.  You can read more about ASP at their website here.

Whitney Thompson is appearing in a commercial for the dental company, Smile Stylist.  The video is available in the media archive.

In an interview with BuddyTV, Anya talks about America’s Next Top Model, Whitney’s win and what she has learned from the experience.

“If I was going to see someone other than myself win, it would be Whitney.  She’s a beautiful model, and she’s going to go far in her career,” Anya told TV Guide.  “I’m just so grateful to have made it to the top two.  I think it would have been amazing if I had won, but she’s a beautiful person, and I think she deserved to win America’s Next Top Model.  I have nothing but love for her.”

Well, First of all I would like to thank everybody for all the sweet, sweet messages. I’m sorry i’m not able to respond to everybody. I’ve gotten a lot of exposure from the show and have been super busy! After the show i went to Paris for a while to visit Vincent which was a blast!! I also did a few public relations jobs to boost my chances of finding an agency But I am back in New York!! As far as your questions on whether or not I am signed with Elite… well you will just have to wait and see…

Eva Marcille Pigford, winner of cycle 3, has been cast by ‘The Young & the Restless’ for a recurring role on the show.  Episodes will begin debut on June 25th.  Exact times to come.

My finals ended yesterday morning, and came out with all A’s - except the last Spanish final…definitely not my forte, but I haven’t found out my grade yet & it hopefully won’t be too terribly bad.

However, I had tons of pictures saved on my laptop to put into the gallery…but, as I found out after getting home from a friend’s house today, I need a new charger for my laptop, since my just doesn’t work anymore, completely random & unexpected.  According to Dell, I’m getting it in the next couple days.

What this means in terms of site updates…I have them saved.  Seriously.  I’m on my family’s computer, but I’m going to have to go back & find all the new pictures again & resave them.  I’m out of school, so I’m willing to do this right now!

I will however be in West Virginia all next week, as I’m leaving Sunday at 6.30 am, for ASP.  I’ll be fixing people’s houses all week…hahah, hard to imagine.  Anyway, so I’m going to be trying to update as much as possible up until that point.  Thank you all for dealing with this & after my WV trip, I should be here for awhile!
